  • Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly indicated on the website and automatically applied at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Graffik Gear ships to most countries worldwide. However, certain products may have restrictions based on local laws and regulations.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or issues arising from local import restrictions.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Graffik Gear is not liable for shipments delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect activity.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Graffik Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@graffikgear.com with photos of the damage, and we will assist with a resolution.

8. International Duties and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

9. Changes or Cancellations

Return & Exchange Policy

3. Damaged Items

    • Provide photographic evidence of the damage and the shipping label.

4. Stolen Items

  • Replacements for stolen items will only be issued if there is verifiable proof from the shipping company confirming the theft.

  • Customers must provide documentation from the shipping company explicitly stating that the item was stolen during transit.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including nationwide and international shipping.
